Lawrence Rosen 
Lawrence Rosen is founding partner of Rosenlaw & Einschlag, a technology law firm in Ukiah and Los Altos, California. He served as founding general counsel for Open Source Initiative and is currently member and counsel to the Apache Software Foundation. Larry is an active participant in activities relating to the law of open source, open standards and open content. His book, Open Source Licensing, was published by Prentice Hall in 2004. He is a lecturer at Stanford University, and serves on the boards and advisory boards of several companies.
